30-Day Refund Policy We want you to love what you ordered. If something is wrong, we will make it right. No awkward conversations required.

We offer refunds for:

• Items sent incorrectly
• Damaged or defective products
• Misprinted designs
• Products damaged during shipping

Since every shirt is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for sizing or color preference changes after purchase. We recommend checking our size chart and product details carefully before ordering. Keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. To request a refund, email us at Hello@LoudlyQuiet.co with your order number, a brief description of what went wrong, and a photo of the issue. We are real people and we will get back to you.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
